Annie Duke
Phil Hellmuth has described her as "the best all-around woman poker player in the world today". Quite a complement coming from a poker Great. Taught how to play by her pro brother Howard Lederer, she saw almost instant results finishing 10th in her first WSOP main event. Now a model to female players around the world, Annie has written a book about her life and her poker strategy. Duke is currently the women's all time leading money winner in the WSOP. In 2004 she won the World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions and as of 2005 she has 1 WSOP bracelets and tournament winnings exceeding $3.1 million.

Somewhat of a female poker pioneer Kathy Liebert is a great player, not just a great female player. In 2002 she won the first Party Poker Million event.
